House of Wellness Home Care is a Home Help Agency that is a program administered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The program provides personal care services to eligible Medicaid beneficiaries who need hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). To be eligible for Home Help services, a client/beneficiary must need hands-on assistance with at least one ADL.
